I am Leticia Doohaluk, founder of LGD & Associates. As the daughter of an entrepreneur, I experienced the cash flow constraints of growth firsthand, watching the very real stress my father faced while trying to manage and sustain his company. That foundational experience shaped my mission to help great business owners build financially resilient, thriving companies so they can focus on what they do best without the constant weight of financial uncertainty. 

For over 15 years, my work has focused on public sector financial consulting for enterprise funds—entities that operate like private businesses under local government oversight. In this space, I’ve provided core cash flow and pricing strategies alongside complex feasibility studies that backed more than $500M in revenue bond issuances.
